All prices listed on our website are per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Solo travellers or groups will receive a personalised quote that reflects the exact configuration. Prices include accommodation, transfers, and specified activities unless stated otherwise.
Yes. All Wanderlux packages include comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and flight delays. We've partnered with AXA Travel Insurance to provide European and worldwide coverage. Full policy documentation is sent upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: non-refundable, but travel insurance will cover eligible reasons. We also offer date-change flexibility at no charge up to 45 days before departure.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. When you book, our team will provide a full visa briefing and, where possible, assist with applications. We work with a network of visa agencies to streamline the process for you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. We also offer interest-free payment plans for bookings over €2,000.
Most of our standard packages do not include international flights, as prices vary significantly depending on your departure city. However, our team can arrange flights for you and often access exclusive fares through our airline partnerships. Just ask.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wanderlux Travel Agency website and any bookings made through our platform or staff. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and the required deposit. Verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. A 25% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Late payment may result in cancellation.
Cancellation fees apply as follows: 60+ days before departure — full refund; 30–59 days — 50% refund; less than 30 days — no refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Wanderlux acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and ground operators. While we take every precaution to select reliable partners, we cannot accept liability for their acts or defaults. In no event shall our liability exceed the total cost of the booking.
You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations). Wanderlux is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
Wanderlux Travel Agency is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We share your data only with suppliers necessary to fulfil your booking (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We do not sell your data to third parties.
We retain personal data for 7 years after your last booking, in accordance with financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO.

All travel documents (itineraries, vouchers, hotel confirmations, e-tickets) are delivered electronically to your registered email address. Typically within 48 hours of full payment.
Upon request and for a fee of €15, physical documents can be sent via registered post to any address in the EU and UK within 3–5 business days.
Name changes: €25 per person. Date changes (60+ days before departure): €50 administration fee. Destination changes: treated as cancellation and re-booking.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving a written cancellation request. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your trip, please notify your local Wanderlux guide immediately. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return to [email protected].
